Mini PC VESA Bracket
A Project From 2023
OUR FAMILY ROOM TV had been connected to a not-so-new desktop computer for a good long while. We kept it hidden away in one of the cabinets attached to the media center shelving. We also have a physical disc player, but between the NETFLIX and Prime, etc. apps, the computer controls 95% of the viewing experience.
Recently, the old computer was replaced with an itsy-bitsy mini PC attached to the back of the TV, itself. The computer came with a little VESA bracket for that purpose, but there are several different VESA layouts and the layout on the back of out TV was much wider than the mini PC’s bracket would accomodate. Another excuse for a laser cutting project!
I had to scour the fastener drawers at our local Ace Hardware to find appropriate screws and spacers, but then everything went together fine.
